Black Bean Dip

One of the easiest recipes you’ll ever make, our black bean dip is perfect for potlucks, a quick snack or a side dish for any meal.

INGREDIENTS

1 can no-salt organic black beans

2 tbsp. vegan mayo

1 tsp. chili powder

½ tsp. cumin powder

½ tsp. sriracha sauce

¼ tsp. sea salt

¼ tsp. lime juice

1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped       (optional)

Ready in 15 minutes

Serves 2 or more

PREPARATION 
  1. In a food processor, pulse all the ingredients together until creamy.

  2. Taste and adjust seasonings.

  3. Great with chips, crackers raw vegetables or guacamole.

  4. Keeps for up to 5 days in the refrigerator in a glass container.

TIPS
  • Cayenne powder can be used in place of Sriracha. Can substitute pinto beans too.
