Kale + Garlic

Enjoy this super fast, super yummy kale dish anytime. This dish can be eaten alone or added to any

dinner as a side. 

INGREDIENTS

2 cups dino kale, curly           kale or a mix of both.

2 tsp. coconut oil

1 clove garlic, chopped

sea salt

Ready in 10 minutes

Serves 1 or more

PREPARATION 
  1. Warm fry pan on medium and add coconut oil.

  2. Add chopped and garlic, stirring frequently, cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Turn off heat or to very low and add kale.

  4. Add ⅛ cup water to quick steam and continue mixing kale around until wilted, just around 4 minutes.

  5. Transfer to plate and add salt.

  6. Enjoy immediately.
