Kale + Garlic
Enjoy this super fast, super yummy kale dish anytime. This dish can be eaten alone or added to any
dinner as a side.
2 cups dino kale, curly kale or a mix of both.
2 tsp. coconut oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
Ready in 10 minutes
Serves 1 or more
Warm fry pan on medium and add coconut oil.
Add chopped and garlic, stirring frequently, cook for 3 minutes.
Turn off heat or to very low and add kale.
Add ⅛ cup water to quick steam and continue mixing kale around until wilted, just around 4 minutes.
Transfer to plate and add salt.
