Mint Chip Protein Shake
You’ll get the flavors and creaminess of a mint chocolate chip milkshake but with real, health-boosting ingredients.
1 cup nut milk
3 tbsp. hemp seeds or protein powder
1 handful of kale leaves
½ tsp. vanilla extract
5 drops pure peppermint oil or small handful of fresh mint leaves
1 handful of cacao nibs
pinch of sea salt
Ready in 10 minutes
Spinach or powdered greens can substitute for the kale. Half a frozen banana can add some thickness to this is preferred.
