Super Green Smoothie

Green smoothies have been going strong for years now for good reason. There are so many vitamins and minerals packed into leafy greens that putting a variation of greens in one drink ensures you getting a nutrient-dense breakfast or snack. This anti-inflammatory recipe is delicious and all those nutrient-packed greens are nature’s antidepressant.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
½ lemon, juice
handful each, mix any of:
dino kale, curly kale, parsley, spinach & broccoli florets
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
a few pieces of ice
Ready in 10 minutes
Serves one
