Super Green Smoothie

Green smoothies have been going strong for years now for good reason. There are so many vitamins and minerals packed into leafy greens so using a variety of greens in one drink ensures you're getting a nutrient-dense treat. This anti-inflammatory recipe is delicious and all those nutrient-packed greens are nature’s antidepressant.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup water

½ lemon, juice

handful each, mix any of:

    dino kale, curly kale, parsley,         spinach & broccoli florets

1 tbsp. hemp seeds

a few pieces of ice

Ready in 10 minutes

Serves one

High Fiber

1 cup

water

broccoli

½ cup

lemon

1 tbsp.

hemp seeds

PREPARATION 
  1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
